Re: Football Season 2015/2016
As deadly a player he is, Costa is fast becoming the new Drogba. Arrogant, cheating and playing the persecuted victim when he doesn't get his way.
LVG is bleating on about how United are now contenders. It was just one game, let's not forget we still lost to Swansea. Teams don't fear Old Trafford anymore, we'll only be contenders when they do again. LVG is not the man for United and deep down I reckon he knows it, I think he's just a (successful) transitional manager who is preparing the team for whoever takes over from him.

I think he'll be retiring to soon after his utd stint, football needs people with his knowledge and experience. That said I also think he's pretty over rated, failed to qualify the Dutch for a world cup and leaving barcalona in the relegation places are two stand out high lights for me. He seems like the sort of guy that can only get the best out of young impressionable players, anyone older and more experienced he seems to fall out with. Plus can he afford to retire, iirc bernie madof made of with a big pile of his cash.

The trouble is who can you follow SAF with? even though LVG is not the answer in the long run.

Gabriel should have dealt with him. Pathetic sending off.

He needs to wise up and not react to hotheads like Costa.

I agree, but I think they have history in Spain which meant they were always gonna clash.

Costa should serve a longer ban than Gabriel. Chelsea should be fined higher than Arsenal.

See Peterborough have named Westley as new manager. Haven't had that good a laugh for a long time. That's Peterborough on their way down to the bottom of League 2 within the next 2 years then.

Re: Football Season 2015/2016
Sorry. Mind you, the way Stevenage have been performing so far, it's like Westley never left at the end of last season. Hoping it clicks soon, otherwise I can see Sheringham being on his way by Christmas.

Re: Football Season 2015/2016
the injustice was beyond belief. Gabriel should have dealt with him but hey ho the FA can now act accordingly.
and it looks like more book throwing at Chelsea...
they will get taken to the cleaners in court
