Baked, actually microwaved but who's counting, potatoes filled with home made mixed bean and beef chillie. (Freezer) Sprinkle of gated Parmesan Reggiano.

Just had
Aperitif - Strawberry & Kiwi Sling (Bacardi Carta Blanca, kiwis and strawberries, strawberry liqueur, lemon juice, and a splash of soda (served over ice)
Starter - Romesco Chicken Salad with goat’s cheese, red peppers and aged balsamic
Main - Lamb Cacciatore in red wine and herbs, served with charred sweet potato, buttered mash and pesto
Washed down with a large glass of Barberà and another large glass of Shiraz
Digestif time at home, Glenfiddich 15yo.
