Rump steaks griddled medium. Griddled mushrooms and onion. Oven chips and battered onion rings. Peas. sauces.
Rump was from Lidl. superb. Not one tough bit.

Chicken and vegetable risotto - it's very calming to cook, as you stir in the stock and the rice slowly absorbs it.
It takes around 45 minutes to cook, with a nice glass of Shiraz and "The Now Show" podcast in the background.
We've just eaten it, with some left over for lunch tomorrow - yummy!
