Independence Day: Resurgence - 7/10
Great equal with some great moments but also some silly points, Overall pretty enjoyable though.

Ghostbusters (2016) - 8/10
Surprising but it was genuinely really funny and overall pretty good. Great audience reactions too. Whole screen laughed out loud at most of the jokes. Kevin (Hemsworth) stole the show.
Loved the original cast cameos as well. Hope there will be a sequel too.

I've seen the originals too many times to count and did enjoy it a lot.

4/10 is generous more like 2.5/10

Re: Rate the last movie you saw
I was going to go for 6/10. I think the basic premise was good and the special effects were good, the story just needed improving.

Re: Rate the last movie you saw
It was a Hollywood sequel made for greed, not need, no sequel was needed for that film.

Re: Rate the last movie you saw
Sadly Hollywood can't resist these sequels once once all those dollars signs are waved in front of their eyes.

Re: Rate the last movie you saw
the story was very poor for independence day and that doesn't look good for the new stargate films as it is the same writers

I am dying to see the new Stargate film. I won't bother me if it pants though because for me the Stargate legacy and universe has already been created with SG1 and Atlantis. If they fluff this one up I'll just pretend it doesn't exist.

Agreed, what was I thinking? 2.5 out of 10 it is then.
