You could try moving it closer to the meters.
You can also check your data is getting sent properly via
https://www.octopriceuk.app/tracker you will need to add your post code and customer API key. You can then check your data from the hamburger menu under 'data checker'
It'll look something like this, I do have 3 30min segments of missing data from the 11th but from experience when they do the bill it'll be normal again, but if your data shows as N/A you may have an issue.
