Roasted cheese although some call it toasted cheese or Welsh rarebit whatever you call it's nice IMO. I only mentioned the other names for it as when I went to make it for my Mother in Law the other day she said to me that she wonder's why us Scots call it roasted cheese as she calls it Welsh rarebit. Mother in Law is from Coventry.

Just finished some Pepper Biltong. I bought during their 31st Anniversary in May with 31% off.
The maths for this item seems a tad odd.
100g = £3.40, 1kg = £34.00, 500g = £18.00 - maybe different batches and the 500g is newer?
