Yes, but Virgin don't do 50MBps. 50 mbps is the fastest speed they offer. I think it'll be a while before they will offer 50 MB

(All ISPs quote their speeds in Megabits, not megabytes per second)

We do 50Mb (megabit) not 50MB (megabyte) nor do we do 50mb (millibits - 50 thousandths of a bit per second) though some with problems think that we do.

I don't think anyone really cares what the differential breakdowns are for each abbreviation. People not 'in the know' clearly mean the same thing when talking about internet and network speeds.

I care becuase it matters! People sould write the correct terminology to save confusion.
