Where I'm going to install that small network is a public place where P2P is used continiously, browsing all the time and whatsmore two servers running meanwhile... So i have to isolate and prioritize for safety as those networks could have serious fluctuations. I wouldn't want a server crash while someone could download mp3s. See

Or pro-actively. Mine has a 100MB combined up and down limit per day, and this is enforced extremely strictly. My friend went slightly over as a result of a webcam conversation, and so has been banned for three days. P2P results in an indefinite ban, they can tell P2P traffic due to the software they have etc...
