Re: US Election 2016
Interesting polls!
How the American electorate seems to be fracturing along different lines: http://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/...ote-maps-2016/ Especially white people with and those without a college degree.
Clinton 9-points up in Ohio: http://www.cleveland.com/open/index....llary_cli.html
Clinton winning Ohio would probably mean she is President even if Trump does better than expected elsewhere.
Also. If just men voted:
If just women voted:

The average American woman obviously has more brain cells than the average American man.

Re: US Election 2016
Still have a horrible feeling Trump will win. Might just be pessimism because the polls are horrible for him but still...

It is becoming a common fault-line across Western politics IIRC. People who've done worse/stayed the same from globalisation vs those who've done well. Although it also seems fixed in with nostalgia for the past. I.E The demographic breakdowns aren't too dissimilar for things like gay marriage but I don't understand why that should split along those lines....

Trump is not the same as Brexit. Some of his support might be the same, some, but what he represents isn't the same.

Re: US Election 2016
Trump is not pleasant in anyway but lets not pretend clinton is much better case of damned if you do damned if you dont for american voter's, one thing this presidential campaign doe's seem to have done is focus the minds of more american's that their system needs change which might be good for the future.

Re: US Election 2016
Just back today from the states.everyone i spoke to there hate both candidates .they preferred the vice presidents overwhelmingly.i think clinton will win because she is a known quantity and dear old donald is a loose cannon.he is treating this race as an reality show which is actually a true reality show !.no such thing as bad publicity for the donald.

Re: US Election 2016
I think a lot of Republicans wouldn't mind if Trump loses. First of all they've previously spoken highly of Clinton as a senator, they have legitimate concerns over him and finally they might fancy their chances of taking the White House in 4 years instead of going though the melodrama of another Trump run in 4 years they'll either have to back or force him out via the primaries.
At the moment they thinking he is taking the party down with him.

Incidentally Trump says he has proof the latest allegations are false and he'll release this evidence at some point in the future.

I wonder why he won't release it now?

He doesn't play the media game I guess. But he has great evidence, the best evidence, evidence like you've never seen. Just so much evidence. I think it must just be with his plan to defeat ISIS, it's that great plan he also hasn't been able to show us.

Re: US Election 2016
You can't expect him to produce it now as it'll take time to create it first, gonna be some midnight oil being burnt by his creative history department tonight.
