Re: Football Season 2014/15
We've had enough decisions go against us this season so that goal is fine
Still it's too scrappy to celebrate yet.

Sterling just did a Berbatov

De Gea 2, Liverpool nil.
Seriously, is he this generation's Schmeichel?

Remember the Liverpool fans last year who reckoned they weren't a one-man team??

Re: Football Season 2014/15
Just in from OT. For a lot of the first half the passing was like the Dog & Duck v Red Lion reserves.
De Gea was awesome today and our forwards are much better than Liverpools but Carrick apart the defence is still porous.

To be fair, Jones and Evans are returning after a long time out injured. You look at the number of times we've had to change our defence and then compare it to how many times Chelsea have, its laughable.
I still don't know why they haven't given De Gea a new contract. Hes been our best player by a distance so far this season, its only a matter of time before other clubs (Madrid) start talking about him.

Also, today showed how overrated Raheem Sterling is imo

To be fair, Sterling got plenty of votes for MOM...................
On the United Facebook pages.

Re: Football Season 2014/15
The De Gea situation certainly is worrying. For too long the PL has been just a list of feeder clubs for Real Madrid and with Valdes hanging around Carrington I'm really hoping LVG isn't thinking we can make do with selling him. I can't see VV a good replacement.
