Re: [Update] Windows 10 Discussion
Not sure if it is related to the last update but I have noticed the response from mouse clicks seems a bit erratic since the update. Thought it might just be my PC but was using my wife’s laptop yesterday and that is the same?

Re: [Update] Windows 10 Discussion
No issues here have you tried googling it or updating mouse drivers?
You could remove the update and see if that fixes things.

Re: [Update] Windows 10 Discussion
Yep, googling reveals it as a long term, well documented problem. Did update mouse drivers with no real improvement tbh.

Wish i could help but i really don't have a clue but it is super strange it is happening on 2 computers in your household, maybe you have installed the same app on both that is causing the issue? whatever app that might be is something to think about from around the time it started happening.
Also see if it happens in safe mode.

Re: [Update] Windows 10 Discussion
According to a lot of the Google threads this has been an ongoing problem for a few years with Win 10. First time I have encountered it though.
The only thing common to both PC’s was the Win 10 update.

Re: [Update] Windows 10 Discussion
Hanging fire on that option for the moment, had to roll back the last but one major update which totally borked the system, apart from the mouse niggles everything else isn’t that bad this time.

Have you tried uninstalling the mouse drivers and rebooting?

Re: [Update] Windows 10 Discussion
Not uninstalled them but did update them, I am managing atm, seems worse on the laptop than my PC or maybe I have become used to the the slight delay.

Re: [Update] Windows 10 Discussion
Not got round to trying that just yet, have just found a failed/stalled windows update so trying to get that sorted to see if that helps.

Weird, the stalled update was for .NET framework.
Managed to get it to update correctly, rebooted and mouse now seems to be responding correctly.
