Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
My dodgy moment for today....
I have put all my appointments and things into my iPad but when I synced it to the pc and vice versa it kept moving them to like 3 in the morning and the reminder alarm was going off to take insulin and stuff at 2am
After MUCH trying to sort it - it turns out I had the iPad set on some odd country time (starting with a c) - instead of uk time
Doh

Sat having an ice cold pint of Peroni, waiting for my bar meal to arrive, after five hour drive to Llanelli - the beer sure tastes good.
So good, I am going to have another......

Are you barred from your local ones, or was the 5 hour drive just an oversight?

My son came out of hospital today after being in for 6 days. His operation was a success and he's now back to his normal self

No - I had driven my wife and mother-in-law down to their aunt/sister's funeral, which was today.

No worries - we stayed in the Stradley Arms Hotel (where I was drinking the Peroni); I would recommend it if anyone has to visit/stay over in Lllanelli.

Thank you for your kind thoughts - it was a celebration of her life, rather than a mourning of her death. Friends and family travelled from all over the country to be there to remember her, which was a wonderful tribute to a great lady.
