It must have taken some balls to do that!

Re: Football Season 2010/2011
After two poor play-off matches last week, the Swansea Forest game tonight was fantastic. It was great to see two sides give everything and play some good football. I thought Forest were very unlucky, hopefully they make it next year.

Well, the game was great apart from the result. Hit the woodwork too many times.

I'm rather hoping Swansea get into the premier league. Not least because it will make people who call it/have registered domains as, the English premier league(epl), look silly.

Re: Football Season 2010/2011
Glad Cardiff failed although part of me wishes they'd won which would have guaranteed a Welsh club in the Premiership
In any case, good luck Swans

Re: Football Season 2010/2011
For anyone who hasn`t seen it...... It`s a cracker
On this note can`t believe that City could now finish 3rd. What happened to Arsenal
One minute they where potential champions beating Man Utd and blowing the title race wide open, the next they are in 4th spot with one game to go. Is it fatigue, squad depth, experience? This really could have been your year, how much longer are Arsenal going to put up with Wenger and his ways.
Do any Arsenal fans think it`s time for a change or do you still think Wenger will assemble a squad capable of maintaining a challenge for trophies?

Re: Football Season 2010/2011
Wenger is fine. Given the resources of the club the 14th consecutive qualification for the Champions League is an achievement and it only seems not to be because of his previous successes. As such Arsenal will put up with him for a good while yet, the fans who want him out are still a minority and it's slightly amplified because of the awful run we're on.
The question is simply: Who else can achieve more at Arsenal than Wenger? Hard to see.
