Re: Football Season 2015/2016
What a utter shambolic shambles this is from MU today as they still have not announced that LVG has been sacked but alas with Ed Woodward at the helm what else can you expect from a rank amateur who is quite clearly out of his depth.

Re: Football Season 2015/2016
It's been announced now. The delay was requested by LVG so he could pack his bags and get on a plane to the Algarve (genuine reason)

Re: Football Season 2015/2016
Well the new manager is no different to the one who has just got his P45 in his style of play unless anybody can tell us otherwise..

Re: Football Season 2015/2016
Well his Chelski side scored 73 goals in the 2014/5 season, and RM outscored Barca in La Liga one season so he is not all 'park the bus'.

Re: Football Season 2015/2016
On the flip side he did turn out with five defenders and five midfielders in his last match at Old Trafford which was a boring draw.

Re: Football Season 2015/2016
It seems Newcastle have finally veered away from backroom transfer dealings and threw money at what is their biggest manager since Sir Bobby Robson. If Benitez is staying then he's been promised quite a bit. Great times at a relegated club...

Indeed, when you look at the clubs in the Championship there will be some really big games...
Newcastle, Villa, Wolves, Leeds, Brighton, Derby, Birmingham, Forest.....
