Besides being a complete rip off of the Emirates and Wembley.
Liverpool's last worry should be a stadium at present time.

Shocking bet Serbia will only get a slap on the hand and a fine if it was England we'd see at least 2 year ban

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
Danny Rose gets racially abused by fans and Serbian players and then gets sent off for kicking the ball away! Unbelievable...

Yes absolutely shocking behaviour by the Serbian players and fans and then to cap it all off the idiotic referee then sends Danny Rose off.

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
This is symptomatic of the trivial manner in which UEFA treat such incidents and the double standards which have traditionally been applied. If England fans, staff etc. had acted in such an outrageous manner, they'd have had the book thrown at them and been banned for years. IMHO the lack of serious sanctions for past incidents in such countries, accounts for the continuing bad behaviour and I have very little faith that UEFA will do very much. The suits at UEFA ought to be ashamed of themselves but as we've seen with FIFA they're far too busy running their own little empires enjoying their self importance and luxuriating in the trappings... Sadly, I feel that until they start banning these nations nothing will change.

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
The Serbian FA deny any forms of racism towards the England U21 team last night. They say Rose "behaved in an unsportsmanlike, vulgar manner."....Once again...Unbelievable.

Arsenal remain the most expensive team to follow in Britain as football match ticket prices continue to rise
Arsenal are the most expensive English team to follow for the second year running.

Arsenal are still more expensive but it's not as dramatic as they are making out. I wrote I post on this a while back...

I mean, theoretically, for the same amount of games at the top price then Spurs are more expensive...
None of which justifies the high price but it's rather lazy and sensationalist to make claims like: The cheapest season ticket to follow Arsene Wenger's men is only £15 short of £1,000. This is more than all but three of their Premier League rivals' most expensive equivalent.

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
Those Newcastle United figures are from Europa League home games so the whole cheapest thing is a load of crap.
A typical EPL game for us costs upwards of £25
I'd love to know how the clubs get away with selling Pie's and Tea at £2.90 a pop though. I can pick up the same items of Better Quality down my local Baker's for £1.20 (70 pence pie and 50p tea)
