i had a real problum when my daughter used 6000 texts in a month ,(i was impressed ) ,we had her on the VM unlimited texts deal and beleived this was not an issue ,until i got the bill £292 ,i tried calling writing etc all to no avail then i stumbled over this site and got neils, e mail , within 2 minutes of sending him a mail he responded and asked a member of his team to have a look . today itis all resolved money refunded and i and my daughter are really happy . so a huge thank you to the guys on this site who help without this i would have given up .keep up the good work alan

Re: huge thank you
My daughter is a serial texter too.... and after the first big bill for going over her "unlimited" limit I tried to get her credit limit reduced... and was told that with Virgin £50 is their minimum!!
