D Link Password

Hi Guys, Had Virgin come round last friday and install everything - the guy who came was fantastic and no problem at all since. The only thing is I am sure that the DLink router I use was set up with a password but now I do not have the little lock icon next to it. Anyone know how I can set the password up for this?
Thx.

Re: D Link Password

do you mean wireless or the router itself?

to browse the router simply open a web browser and type 192.168.1.1 in the address bar click enter

Login with details admin for user and password for password ( unless these have been changed) and navigate to wireless setting

if its not wireless settings what you are looking for will be in admin section somewhere
