Virginmobile.com down
Why cannot I access my mobile account online? All I get is the "Oops!" message which has been the case now for nearly a week. Does anyone have any idea what the reason for this cock-up is and when it will be cleared?

You will need to call 789 from your handset and 10p to connect to get that sorted out.

Re: Virginmobile.com down
I've been able to login to both my account and my husbands so I'm guessing you'll need to contact them.

Re: Virginmobile.com down
I had the oops message for over a week. After calling 789 they got the IT team to look at it and a few days later it was back and working again.
