Nothing here at the moment but I did hear on the radio earlier that its snowing over in the North Lincolnshire area, the gritters where on the way out to grit over there.

Snowing here in west London, too, probably the most my son's ever seen. Apart from Tamworth Snowdome, that is. Not settling on paved areas, but the grass is nicely covered.

Suppose you remember when we had real snow then? when you got up in the morning and all your windows was frozen and it really was white outside? ahhhhhh fun times.
What we get these days i wouldnt really class as snow

Well I hope thats the last of it in Manchester but think we have more to come - I'm helping out at the cheshire hunt point to point later and its misearble when the winds blowing snow into the marquees..
I have also just been bitten to pieces trying to brush the dog so I dont want her getting muddy either!

Yeh, I agree... not only do I remember the real snow of the past, but I also seem to remember the long hot summers, as well as the thick pea soup fog, that lasted for days on end... Ohhhh the simple pleasures of the once, great British weather, how I long for those days to return. Oh well, no going back.... there's no going back.
