So I've been using the wireless Android Auto dongle for nearly a week and it's fantastic, love not having to drag phone out pocket and plug it in on my commute to work.

Shouldn't be confusing if you understand what Android Auto does.
Your car supports wireless Android Auto if that pops up on car display without plugging phone in.
You now have the ability to chose what Satnav or music streaming apps you wish to use on your cars display and many others, your phone data will be used.
These are apps you first install on your phone.

Pefer the Yukon sat nav built in. it's also the car I am more likely to use it in 😄 question any idea how much data per hour Google maps uses when in car , no reason for asking , just curious
