You won’t notice a difference, not when it’s mixed in to your food anyway. Sea salt may have a slightly different mineral composition and you might be able to detect the difference if you tried tasting standard table salt and sea salt side by side but certainly not once it’s in your food.

The main advantage I’ve found with using a salt grinder rather than table salt in a shaker is that the grinder never gets clogged up.
