I ordered a 5220 from the virgin mobile site,
But there was no sim card inside it and i got a voucher saying after my first text or sms message i will be sent a Â£30 voucher as i had bought a phone between Â£50-Â£100.

I emailed them but have got no reply,

im pretty sure buyiing a pay as you go phone on the virgin mobile website comes wiith a sim card included,
or am i wrong?
