I assume that is area specific ? mines stays off thankfully
I use router mode as it saves me having to add a switch. Hub 3 (router mode) hard wired to TP Link Mesh system, TV, MainPC and Mut@nt HD1. Mesh system takes care of my WiFi>
Reason I post this is why modem mode may not be suitable
