so, i got a letter to ring them to arrange for new hub to be delivered, only had this one a few months - hub 4!
so eventually spoke to someone was on hold for 10 minutes, to be told they'd send me a text to arrange an engineer! i don't need an engineer, i can do the self install, well i think i can, i normally do
maybe i should have waited to 24th march, and tried to make a call to go to right dept?
