The only reason we got rid of our 28" CRT was the tube went in it. We then managed to get a good deal on a 4K Smart Toshiba 47" TV which was at the end of the Football season in Staples at the time that's how long ago we bought it and touch wood its still going great.
We use it with a FreesatHD box and picture is more than acceptable for us.
