Think OB would struggle to find his streaming services in Snowdonia/Cairngorms - he'd have to rely on the BBC
I have done Switzerland at Christmas, very expensive and even there snow isn't guaranteed these days. Usually not too far away though if you drive up the nearest mountain
Trouble with Snowdonia/Cairngorms is that it's usually blowing a gale and no visibility to see any snow !
