Yeah, the router is definitely getting a WAN IP address assigned to it, and auto-detecting the virgin media DNS servers correctly. I tried doing a DHCP release/renew a few times too, but that didn't have any effect.

I haven't checked whether or not the WAN IP is viewable externally to the VM network though.
