There are two ways in which you can do this. The simplest way is to find the Outlook Express icon on your desktop, and click it. Alternatively, you may click on the Start button located on your taskbar, then Programs and finally you will need to locate Outlook Express and click on that. .
If both of those are not there, because they may have been deleted or moved, then go to Start, choose run and in the box that appears type

<drive letter>:\program files\outlook express\msimn.exe

For example, mine would be : -

e:\program files\outlook express\msimn.exe

Yours, depending on your system configuration would be : -

c:\program files\outlook express\msimn.exe

Then hit enter and OE should open. You may want to go into <drive letter>:\program files\outlook express to create a shortcut to msimn.exe so it will be easier to launch next time.

If you have Microsoft Office 2000/XP and wish to use Outlook as your mail client, then the instructions are pretty much the same as for Outlook Express.
