Re: Underground cable installation question

I have seen a huge amount of green paint go down in the past. Once on a private road markings were made for 200 yards along the road to a single house. The connection never materialized, no doubt due to cost or wayleave issues. So my thoughts are this may have been a costing exercise which from the description will also likely not materialize into a connection.
