Benefits are recalculated every April, but we were legally bound to send them a letter even if the amount received remained the same.

Both O2 and Virgin Mobile currently advise customers of their RPI+3.9% increase before it happens, even though there isn't a right to cancel.
I'd expect the same will happen for Virgin Media cable services too next year.
