It may leave the UK, but it is actually doing ok, they don't want to sell up too soon as it would be seen as a wasted investment.

Sky does not have £4 Billion to build a proper network out of that spectrum plus a couple more billion to takeover 3. Why would they risk all that money when there is already too much competition. It would take them many years to make the money back.
