Cable - 'satellite grade coax' is the usual term. Technically the top-quality stuff is known as CT100.

And don't bother with Freesat from Sky - get yourself a true Freesat box. If you've not heard of the Freesat service launched by the BBC and ITV, have a look at www.joinfreesat.co.uk for information and advice. Freesat boxes do not need cards from Sky or anyone else in order to work.

A very nice High-Def PVR for Freesat has just launched - and you don't need to pay a subscription in order to use the record function, unlike with Sky.
