RIP Meat Loaf

Re: RIP Meatloaf.
I saw him play live in the eighties, he was a big lad back then and needed oxygen during the performance.

Re: RIP Meatloaf.
I vaguely remember him on Celebrity It's a Knockout and being unable to catch opponent when they where in silly suit and he wasn't encumbered.
While I dislike some of the themes, content and certainly the covers he produced what Flanders and Swann called "a jolly pleasing noise". |
Re: RIP Meat Loaf
Nothing can ever beat the memory of having his music playing at full volume as we drove through the night on our way through France. Can't believe he's gone.
RIP. |
Re: RIP Meat Loaf
RIP Meat. .. many great classic bangers to remember him by. Personal favourite Paradise by the dashboard light.

Re: RIP Meat Loaf
What a shock this was to hear this morning. He seemed a genuinely nice guy, may he RIP.

Re: RIP Meat Loaf
RIP Mr. Loaf - great voice, great pomp-rock.
Saw him at Millennium Square, Leeds, July 2002 - great night out. |
Re: RIP Meat Loaf
RIP, I never really liked their music that much, but it's such a shame to see him go at a relatively early age.
