Sea Salt

I recently bought an electric Salt and Pepper mill.

Now I know u cant put simple table salt in them so I was thinking sea salt that the mill will grind up.

My question is does it taste much different to Table Salt when mixed with malt vinegar?

Thanks.

You won’t notice a difference, not when it’s mixed in to your food anyway. Sea salt may have a slightly different mineral composition and you might be able to detect the difference if you tried tasting standard table salt and sea salt side by side but certainly not once it’s in your food.

The main advantage I’ve found with using a salt grinder rather than table salt in a shaker is that the grinder never gets clogged up.

This should help :)

Personally, I find sea salt does not do well in grinders. It's a little more moist in my experience, which ends up clogging. Rock salt is far better for a grinder.
