Looks suspect to me, why would they use a different site if it were legit.

If you try and sign up for it, it says

We are about to launch Wall+ soon. Please sign up to stay up-to-date; we will let you know once the product is available.
The Facebook link no longer works.

So it's either:

1. A scam. Perhaps harvesting email addresses of Virgin Media customers?

2. A deal with Bundl which has built the site and will operate the service?
On this page, the company offering the service is stated to be Bundl.

These can be easily obtained from the Dark Web after Virgin Media left unsecured details of customers personal information on the internet for nearly a year (collective legal action is currently being prepared).

Could still be a scam though...
