Stattler - Gold Cup 15/1
Mahlers Mission - National Hunt Chase 33/1
Its For Me - Champion Bumper 10/1

Mares Novices. Mahlers come right in, I got 1,2 3 in the gold cup last year and didn't have it as a reverse forecast, will this year

Yeah thats a tricky one, the Mares Novice, as l have not really got a strong fancy there currently.

Well done last years on your Gold Cup 1,2, 3 as l think the favourite is beatable this year as that stiff hill will be his undoing imho.

Well a guy I worked with got the first four in the national 10 years ago but didn't have it as a forcast so I've done a reverse one ever since, normally get 4 out of 5 which is just annoying, 123&5, has happened a couple of times which is the worst and one year was 234&5, the absolute worst one was when Ruby Walsh came 3rd as I'd backed him but not in the forcast so had 124&5, if they let you do four out of five I'd have retied long ago! I'll be doing the same in the Gold Cup now, it's not as easy a race for me to predict though so it might not become a regular thing

l have done well in Nationals in the past few years as l picked Noble Yeats last year at 40s and l picked the Irish National winner at 66s.

Mum and brother were happy as they always ask me for a few tips at weekends and l always give them horses l do myself.

Just to specify there are no dead certs in horse racing or in any other sports Mr K.;)

The Grand National trial at Haydock is best ignored imo, none of the winners ever do anything on the big day, that said it is an incredibly hard race for the horses and one of the only genuine trial events worthy of the name

I've always liked Snow Leopardess, would've backed her if I'd been forced to pick one, just had a 4-1 winner at Newcastle, had Shishkin to win as well which nails him on for the Ryanair imho

Not wanting to blow our own trumpets but that's quite a few wins and places now for us, certainly more winners than losers

Yes you are quite right TD as when l was younger the amount of what l call mug punters who did not seem to have a lot of skill in reading the form of races were substantial and that includes some punters with plenty of money.

l suspect that sentiment still applies even though many punters bet online or on their mobiles nowadays.

Yeah NRNB is a useful tool nowadays for the punter.
