New Malden Business GRE tunnel problems
 

Today has been horrific, up and down all day and now a prolonged outage. The GRE tunnel appears to be connecting and disconnecting, currently I’m seeing it disconnected.

Anybody else having issues?

Also connected vi New Malden with the business service and have had no GRE tunnel issues.

Humn.

In the DOCSIS logs I'm seeing a lot of these messages.

Service Add Response rejected - Invalid transaction ID
Service Delete Response rejected - Invalid Transaction;
No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out
Lost MDD Timeout
ToD request sent - No Response received
TLV-11 - unrecognized OID
RCS Partial Service
DCC-ACK rejected authentication failure

I am not seeing the same, so wonder if this is more CMTS related, or connection related than New Malden node related....

It’s stopped doing it now and returned back to normal, well, I haven’t actually checked the logs but the connection is stable once again.
