Doubt it, the cost per viewer to them would be too expensive on cable. Much cheaper to do it via satellite.

Technical changes were apparently made yesterday, 4Music is coming to Freesat.
Seems it is going to be assigned Ch181 and be in General Entertainment. The latter doesn't surprise me, I was expecting it. Will post with actual details when it launches officially and is on the EPG. https://rxtvinfo.com/2022/4music-coming-to-freesat |

BBC Three on the EPG at Ch107 (HD or SD depending on equipment)
BBC Four (HD/SD) moves to Ch108. On HD equipment BBC3 SD is on Ch179. BBC Scotland (HD/SD) outside of Scotland moves to Ch110 , it remains on Ch106 in Scotland. |
