does Virgin Media fingerprint apps to block them

I started using an app on my fire stick to stop the increased YouTube ads
it worked for a week or two then stops loading randomly after that
been on the github site and seems like its only affecting Virgin Media customers

I have done everything you can imagine to fix the problem
only thing what works if you're running it through a VPN

maybe this app is just incompatible with Virgin Media caching or something like that
it will work every other time you click a button

but didn't vanced die so no need to block
