I'm with LV. They've been really good.

Have you ever claimed? That's when you find out how really good an insurance company is.

I have LV car insurance, and they were indeed good when my car was vandalised. They appointed a repairer in my area, I paid the excess directly to the repairer and 4 days later my car was returned good as new. No hassle at all.

And they keep putting my premium down.

Agreed. I cancelled all personal and other UIA policies after they took money for thirty years and then wouldn't pay out.

They thought they were being clever, but I went to the Ombudsman and received the amount due.

If they had of processed my claim correctly in the first place, all these policies would still be running
