Compatibility of BT wireless PCMCIA and Linksys router

Hello, guys,

I need you help again. I am considering to buy a PCMCIA wireless adaptor to build up my wireless network. I already have a Linksys WRT 54GS wireless router. I found a BT Voyager 1060 PCMCIA card in the internet. The price is good. One thing I am not sure is that BT said it is compatible to its ASDL modem/router Voyager 2100. Does that mean there may be a compatibility issue between this card and my WRT54GS. I think it should be no problem but BT's statement is a bit dodge. I understand both are so called 'enhanced 802.11g' but as they are using different chip, the 'enhanced function' cannot be operational. But I think, at least, the standard 11g should be alright.

Am I right or wrong?

Cheers

FL

It should work. I am using it with the Linksys BEFW11S4 V4 with no problems whatsoever
