Re: what is your fav. sport? team?
Or, you could just buy a pair of cheap out of focus spectacles to get that grainy slightly blurred view…

Re: what is your fav. sport? team?
You obviously haven't watched any sports in HD or 4k UHD.
The picture is beyond stunning, colours and details that you just wouldn't get on a 480i analogue broadcast. You are seriously missing out. UHD on a 55 inch OLED display. So life like. Football and Celtic FC are my fav team. Have a season ticket as live 5 mins away from the stadium. |
Re: what is your fav. sport? team?
Still have 28" CRT but it's fine for our room size. When it goes I will get something newer but don't want something that dominates the room.
Sport Rugby Union : Wales or South Africa or All Blacks Soccer : Arsenal or Brentford (family teams, don't watch but like to see them do well) Aussie Rules : Geelong or St Kilda or Adelaide (no real reason) Cricket : depends who is playing and format As you can see, no real loyalties, it's normally teams I don't want to see win so I support the other side. Especially fun to support whoever everyone around me isn't. It's only a game so normally I don't really care. |
Re: what is your fav. sport? team?
Nottingham Forest, I had my first season ticket way back in the late 1970's, cost me £20. :)

Re: what is your fav. sport? team?
I follow Formula 1, I don't do football apart from Watch England lose during the World Cup and Euros.

Re: what is your fav. sport? team?
Manchester United. Just bought a top from sports direct for really cheap with a Sports Direct discount code.
The prices of shirts nowadays is so expensive, so I haven't bothered in previous years. But this years home kit is beautiful, so decided to treat myself. |
Re: what is your fav. sport? team?
Can't see why they change all the time (OK I see the financial bit).
This World Cup, there has been interest in shirts because of avoiding issues for the colour blind. Is this carried to other events, should it be? It could mean teams having very distinct and different strips that may change when certain combinations meet. That would be interesting at club level. |
