Password
Any idea how I can confirm my password , asked for it when I called retentions. Got around that ,however it must have been created 15 years ago. Everytime I call am asked , as I can not recall it how could I do a reset?

Maybe this will help, it requires you not to enter a password then you get a human they should be able to send a password reminder through the post or reset over phone that link says.

Hi Itshim
VM have recently updated My Virgin Media and you should be able to update it by logging in there. When logged in click on Account Settings > Account Details > scroll down to Telephone Security Details (memorable word) > and then click on Edit |
