Play video by hovering Mouse pointer
 

B4 i was forced to wipe and reload my PC I had a program installed which I cannot find now and cant remember the name which allowed me to play a video file by hovering my mouse pointer over the file and a small preview box would appear.



I'm just wondering if anyone can shed any light as to what it is and its name?

Did it actually play the video - the whole video - or just a series of thumbnail pictures as a 'taster'?

Hi Alan, I don't think this is what you meant but I find the Muted playback option on You Tube useful at times. Maybe the link will trigger a memory of the name of the program you are trying to find. Fingers crossed.

It played the first few seconds of the video in a small box so u could see what the video was.

so you have random named videos that you cannot identify without seeing part of the content ??

you didn't have Adobe Premier media browser installed / enabled, did you?

No adobe software at all no.
