05/03/20 Major outage

There are serious issues this morning with Virgin Mobile.
Problems sending & receiving calls, texts & data usage.

The outage in Southampton is a seperate issue. The Virgin Mobile issue is national. The Service Status system is also out of action.

The Southampton and Mobile outages are caused the same issue. A load of fibres have been cut. They are busy replacing them.

Service Status is up, but is overloaded due to the above outage.
