Word reformatting help

I have a 130 page document thay I'm reformatting, now i have hundreds of comments in the () brackets.

I want to reformant them to Times New Roman in Italic, doing this manually is taking forever.

Is there a find and replace I can use?

I've used find and replace to adjust fonts,t but this is bugging me.

FYI I'm using Word 2007.

Re: Word reformatting help

Ctrl + H should open find and replace but not sure if that will help

No, as you still need to select the text and manually change it.

This is what I'm doing.

Find what: (\[)(*)(\])
Replace with: \1\2\3
Tick "Use Wildcards"
Replace Format: Times New Roman Italic

Re: Word reformatting help

Libreoffice will open DOC(X) files and does have style replacements, would that be a possible solution.
