Nope they can get it for £15 or £16 on some website smarty offer! Social tariff is £12 but I think VM should offer social tariff 1Gig for £10!

Not sure why others should pay more to subsidise for someone not working to get it cheaper.

I lost my job once before and either did without or paid if I could.

A smartphone and fast BB (1Gb/s @ £10 LOL) are still a luxury today.

Seems it is about 94% of the customer base, with the rest waiting on upgrade works before getting the switch.

I'm just wondering if there are plans in the pipeline for Virgin to Increase the upload on 1GB.

I'm a content creator and upload video so an upload boost would be greatly beneficial for me.

Did you even read the thread, that is the topic the past few pages, 1Gb/s now has 100Mb/s upload so that will be it for a while?

Yep I just rebooted my Hub and I have 100mb upload.

500mbps customers are also starting to see upload speeds increase from 36mbps to 50mbps

M250 is already on the 10:1 ratio, so until such time as the network moves to symmetrical speeds, I doubt it.
