added to that Bould has told other staff member Wengers lost it. hardly news tbh.
Not news. More unverified rumours from Twitter.

Aghh I knew it. They just want to write a crisis story. How is it they can have a sports front page based on a quote from someone on TalkSport who has nothing to do with the club! I like the way they've put the quote quite low down because they know it makes the rest of the article rather flimsy.

Wenger has "considerable" funds, Supporters Trust is told.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20705876

But the question is will he be there to spend it?.

Wenger is slightly different though.

The board say that there are a lot of funds but does it include wages? Also how much do we offer for wages at the top end, it seems to stop at £100,000 and contract renewals have to come out of that fund as well. It's all smoke and mirrors. Hopefully we'll see some spending in January.

Well looking at my own club in January its seems we are in advanced talks for Daniel Sturridge and Thomas Ince although l wonder why did we let Iince go in the first place still baffles me.

Another reason why Wenger deserves to be the one that rebuilds Arsenal (other than being the one that had to be there during the debt years) their historical league finishes per season:

1997 - Arrival of Wenger
2004 - Arrival of Chelsea

Looking at the graph, Wenger has done well to make them a Top 4 side every season, considering what little money they spend. If this was a club like Swansea or West Brom then they would be getting praise.

Are there any supporters of Arsenal's youth team (otherwise known as Southampton) that can tell us if Luke Shaw is worth the hype?

the board have a duty to monitor the salary and refuse going over the set budget. if Wengers hampered chances of signing players because he banged out 50 odd k to Bendtner and co then thats his problem not the boards.

hes been given soo much freedom its truly unbelievable considering whats come from it. Tim Payton, from the AST has said it could end messy. Wenger is a dictator, thats fact. Hes lost within his own vision which isnt, hasn't and will not work. just because hes brought stability with regards to finishing in the top 4 doesnt buy him the job forever. in business one man will come along and push the business forward. he'll then leave and another will take it further. dont tell me there is no one because there is.

bull! Wenger has money, its been his choice to not spend bringing in more players and instead hiked the wage budget by handing youth mega deals. you cannnot compare Swansea or West Brom to Arsenal.

No but those do not strengthen the main thrust of the article about the relationship between Wenger and Steve Bould. Having a valid quote that is unrelated to your point doesn't make the point correct.

The truth is we do not know the exact circumstances around how deals get made. You want to make it out that it's all Wenger because this lets you assign more of the blame to the man and also allows this idea that all we need to do is bring in Guardiola and all will be fine again. It's probably more likely a bit of both. We do know that Dick Law does the contract negations and that Wenger and Gazidis both have a large amount of input upon those agreements.

Wenger is a dictator, that's a fact? Hitler, Mussolini, Franco, Pol Pot and Arsene Wenger. Yes, that's a proportional response. Even those who think he should go have nothing but respect for the man and all he has done for the club but you've really laid into him with no respect at all. He is 'pathetic', 'a fool' and now a dictator. When he does leave you're actually going to find yourself isolated because he will be forever remembered as a legend by the vast majority of Arsenal fans and they won't accept such insults against him.

Well you can't have it both ways. You compare us to Chelsea and Manchester City who have substantially more money but you won't allow a comparison between clubs with less money?

You're right however. You can't compare Swansea or West Brom to Arsenal. We have a lot more money than them. So where should we finish if we take into account income? 4th. *Looks at graph*. We're finishing exactly where we should.....
