sweet, I read back in July that they had planned to do 5 seasons so I don't know why on earth Netflix don't just guarantee the 5 seasons so everyone knows what they are doing and can plan everything out.

Excellent, it will interesting to see them construct the ark and people go about their day to day lives and how conditions deteriorated to the point that we saw then in season 1.

Not surprised.
I watched the first episode and was quickly bored.
Apparently so were many others, its viewership rapily declined in Season 1 (by over 50%) and continued downwards in Season 2.

A pity. I quite enjoyed it, though I can see how it has been an acquired taste. It has made the all-too-common Marvel TV error of having its lead characters spend far too much time agonising over their powers, losing their powers and generally getting done over, rather than actually being action heroes. It also went in a bit hard with the voodoo ...

Funny, on the big screen the MCU rules and its DC that finds it hard to produce acclaimed box office hits, whereas on TV DC’s roster of heroes are back year after year for many multiple seasons and Marvel’s output (with the notable exception of Agents of Shield) finds it hard to get past 2 or 3 at best.

Yep, they seem to forget that people want their action hero series to have ..... action & heroes :)

Agents of SHIELD managed it, and so survivied.
Runaways is doing a pretty good job, and has managed 3 seasons (maybe more).

The rest were pretty dull most of the time (Daredevil, J.Jones, Iron Fist etc), even Luke Cage got a bit dull.

The CW is developing a new Superman & Lois series which will focus on Clark and Lois dealing with parenthood.
